Radiant with Clarity

With warm waters and lush biodiversity, the southern coast of Oaxaca invites us to breathe into its expanse. Overlooking the Pacific Ocean and immersed in the pulse of the natural world, this is more than a place to stay, it is a vista into something deeper.

Sunlight filters through palm leaves. Ocean breeze clears the mind. In this sanctuary of wild beauty, we are invited to reconnect with what is true, radiant with clarity.

Move with presence.

Breathe with

clarity.

Into the Wild

Consciously integrated with nature, the open-air suites invite us to immerse deeper, to honor the ground and the sea, to breathe pure ocean air and bask in the glow of the sun. Join the five night retreat on México’s southern shores and verdant land.

What’s Included

Grab your passport and SPF, there’s a yoga mat waiting for you at the boutique hotel suite on the Pacific. Each day, Nate will guide three intentional practices in mindfulness and embodied movement. We begin together each morning before breakfast with a communal meditation and gentle movement to ground and center the body, setting the tone for the day ahead.

The rhythm of the day balances structure and spaciousness. Time is set aside for personal reflection, journaling, and immersion in nature. In the afternoons, a guided vinyasa flow invites you to deepen your practice with strength, fluidity, and intention.

Shared meals, prepared by the resident chef, anchor our time in community and nourishment. As the sun sets, we gather for a soothing evening Yin practice and closing meditation, restoring calm, and clarity before rest.

Throughout the retreat, solitude and connection are held in gentle balance. Leave your phone and notifications behind. This is a space to slow down, to see clearly, and to feel light, radiant with clarity.

  • Practice is the heart of each day and we’ll practice outdoors, one with nature. Each morning begins with mindful movement and breathwork, gently awakening the body and clearing the mind. These early moments are a chance to arrive fully, to move with presence, and to meet the day with intention.

As the day unfolds, inspired flow practices invite you to explore movement as a form of seeing. Through breath, alignment, and intuitive transitions, you will be guided to trust your inner voice and reconnect with the clarity that already lives within you. This is not about perfecting a pose but about inhabiting your truth, fully and freely.

Each evening closes with a slow, grounding practice. Through restorative shapes, gentle stretching, and guided meditation, the body softens and the mind settles. These twilight sessions offer space to release the day and prepare for deep, easeful rest, allowing clarity to emerge quietly through stillness.

  • Each open air suite is a sanctuary of simplicity and beauty, designed to support deep rest and inner spaciousness. With a queen size bed, a private bathroom, and a balcony that opens to sweeping views of the jungle or the ocean, your room invites you to wake with the light, breathe with the breeze, and fall asleep to the rhythm of the natural world. Here, stillness is not an absence, but a presence. A place that clears, nourishes, and restores.

  • Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are prepared fresh each day, highlighting local, seasonal ingredients that nourish the body and delight the senses. Meals are rooted in the culinary traditions of the Oaxacan coast, where seafood is a daily staple and flavor is guided by the rhythms of the land and sea. Thoughtful vegetarian options are always available, ensuring that every guest feels supported and well-fed.

One evening, we will gather for a communal chef’s class, where we prepare a traditional seafood meal together. This hands-on experience is a celebration of nourishment and connection, guided by the wisdom of local cooking. The evening will unfold slowly, with our shared meal with wine or mezcal, as we come together in gratitude, laughter, and the simple joy of food made with care.

  • The beach a short five minute stroll away and the jungle outside the window, so relaxation is effortless. Your retreat experience includes a guided snorkeling excursion in crystal clear waters, a dolphin sighting adventure along the Oaxacan coast, and a hands-on seafood chef’s class where you’ll learn to prepare fresh ceviche or sushi. Each offering is designed to immerse you in the vibrant beauty and flavor of the sea.

  • To reach the retreat center, fly into Puerto Escondido International Airport (PXM), located about 90 minutes away. I recommend arriving on the afternoon of December 2, 2025, and planning your departure for the afternoon of December 7, allowing time to settle in and close the retreat with ease.

I am coordinating a group shuttle from the airport to the retreat center, so recommended flight options will be shared soon to help align arrival times.
